Good benefits for staff that butter the managers and stay on their good side.

Old staff harass new joinees and constantly keep an eye on who's working and who isn't while they themselves barely work and loiter around in the cctv cameras blind spots. Also they break many SOPs, pass inappropriate comments about female customers and bad mouth managers, also if you were to break any SOP unintentionally they will tell you its okay to make mistakes but behind your back will tell the management in order to get under their good graces. Many staff have left the Goa Store due to this reason thinking that the manager is harassing which is some what true but the other half truth is its the old staff behind your back that complain to the managers about each and every move you make even though you may be doing your best. So you may think it's the manager that's harassing you but the truth is the management is being influenced by the talks of such staff. Also they will never believe you and only believe what the old staff have to say. They form opinions about you and draw a conclusion in their head that you are a certain character and refuse to see the reality of how you actually are. Also sometimes the managers have egos since they are of a post higher and older in age, they break SOPs too but will be quick to point out your mistakes. Old staff also steal your sale and no matter how many times you try to tell the manager, nobody will take any action. Then when your performance is low during the end of month/quarter/year. The manager will say you are not good enough of a sales person. Absolutely toxic environment at the Goa Store, please think thrice and do not fall for the salary and 2 week offs. In the end of the day it's your mental health that will be on the line, as it is there's alot of physical work which is not an issue but the mental stress combined with the physicality of the job will get to you....Read More

Every thing was good just it was the store manager Mrs. bhakti from MIL for which i quit my job she is very disrespectful and very political manager i have ever worked with not at all supportive worst culture of MIL the company is good but its the management which destroys the culture for which brand image gets reduced
