Gurgaon location: Worst management. Managers are terrible. No employee benefit. No correct and timely delivery of policies. HR has no knowledge of anything. Leads have no leadership quality. Dictatorship prevails. Manager and assisant manager do not care about their employees even though the employee is dying. Medical is asked even for one day leave and the manager is so free that he checks everything in that medical, medicines, hospital, stamp, location of hospital from your location, etc etc. Leads and managers do not have time to appreciate or help employees but they have all the time to do gossips, take useless meetings, demotivate employees. Work culture is pathetic. No growth and learning. Leads will never stand for their team members in any situation. Favourtism is very high. No use of giving your ideas or point if view as managers will never take your point(no matter you are right and they are wrong). Nothing to like about. People who bend over to the team leaders are the only ones to get a promotion. So many Unprofessional people and females who take the job as picnic are employed here. Bullying and Calling each other names is a common phenomenon on the Floor. Team Leaders are busy chatting around and passing their day and females....
