Giving lots of work load in lock down. We should utilize weekends to complete the overloading tasks

Management is very very poor. People who are not fit for managing resources are appointed as Managers. Also managers are forcing us to take AWS exam in order to buy AWS projects from Amazon. Those who have completed the exam are not provided with any incentives or promotion. Simply the organization is utilizing candidates like buffaloes or cows without considering employees situation. During covid 19, we were forced to write AWS exams, they dont care about the results. But the candidates should simply attempt the exam spending his/ her money. We can upgarde our skills. Trainings are very good and effective but no one follow after session. As a low level engineer you can learn more because middle level and high level people wont work.

Dislikes

Dominating the juniors and politics are high. No proper hikes and incerments as promised on 1st day introduction. Managers and Team Lead provide quarter awards who talk with them very closely on unnecessary things.

As a QA engineer, my work is very challenging as i have to look on to complete application development process. I have to create test plan, requirement analysis, what to be tested, what not to be tested, report creation and RISK analysis
