The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Management is very very poor. People who are not fit for managing resources are appointed as Managers. Also managers are forcing us to take AWS exam in order to buy AWS projects from Amazon. Those who have completed the exam are not provided with any incentives or promotion. Simply the organization is utilizing candidates like buffaloes or cows without considering employees situation. During covid 19, we were forced to write AWS exams, they dont care about the results. But the candidates should simply attempt the exam spending his/ her money.
