Bmc Software or MasterCard , which one to select ?

I have offers from BMC Software, for Product Developer- 1, Fixed 18L + 10 % variable = 19.8L and MasterCard for Software Engineer 2 , Fixed 20L + 7 % variable = 21.4 L , and Joining bonus of 1L = 22.4 L I have around 3 years of experience in Java, Spring Boot , Microservices, Could you please guide, which one should I prefer ?

Poor management, don't have much exposure in the technical area with respect to new technology. Most of the senior member in the organization used to behave like "they are kind of CEO or Product owner"
