It should have more client, there is nothing dislike about Virtusa, work load wise everywhere has same story.

Being an developer I like this company.

Dislikes

Job security is less as this is service based company after contract end with any client we have to sit on bench and attend interview with other clients for next assignment. In this case you won't get any client you will be forcefully resigned.

We will be working on cutting edge technologies if we are tagged and allocated to long term maintenance project

There is job risk if you have been moved to bench if project rampdown happens.

Good projets. Ample programs for learning but you need to enroll. They have now started soft-skills program for mid-seniors/senior like mock interview etc.

Dislikes

Finding projects inside the organization is demanding task. One look to find by themselves, neglible help from RM for project allocation.

Bench resource not able to get project. Internal bench RM team not able to reach especially Chennai team. They are not provide interview opportunity very less three month only given 3 interviews only. and bench resource not able to find open project details there is no common portals.

If you are on bench and come across Bhavana, Soniya, and Harsha Reddy, they will make your life hell. Worst people i have ever come across. Non cooperative and always will expect you to listen to them only and not even consider your situations. They will just laugh if you tell them your problem and will force you to listen to them anyways. Worst behaviour of these people!

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the company's treatment of employees. As a fresher, I was not provided with project opportunities to grow and develop my skills. To make matters worse, the company conducted layoffs without offering any support or alternative solutions. In a shocking turn of events, I was forced to resign during a scheduled call. Nothing, Many many Biggg Promises but all are FAKE. Zero support from Management and all HRs are super experienced with O knowledge even how to talk to their own employees.

No one would support you from projects to professional grooming; No Respect for employees. They only believe in Only and Only Client is God and whatever client says, they would do even whether it is undoable and unrealistic. They will literally put you down in front of Client even if do not have anything to do with the project. Someone is needed to carry the blame that unfortunate person would be you. The ratings which being provided is genuine. Virtusa will not give hikes once they recruit for qatar positions. Virtusa will so easily give NOC if client Intent to take you. Virtusa offers less salary as compare with other consultancies in qatar. If anybody want to come to qatar through virtusa, think twice. Uncertainty in job, insecurity in job is very much high.
