Just my process was WFH so that was nice.

No work life balance they were thinking it's WFH so they have ours 24hr to get there work done and Extra pay cancelled overtime pay cancelled and incentives also got cancelled.

It's not good company . They recruited me for hyderabad location. But in a month they fired me by saying BGV not clear. Eventhough all correct. Think twice before this nasty MNC

I don't know about others but for me it's not a good opportunity to work in virtusa. I didn't find a good thing in this company to improve my self. The only thing that's helpful for me is experience letter from the company.

The trainings aren't Friendly they just threaten us to complete the trainings which are not at all helpful. They are very unclear. They use this trainings to waste our time and to give us a hard exam just to remove terminate us from the company.
