- Only few good clients - Slashed billing rates to clients to win projects. - Project unable to pay salary to billable experienced employees - Worst management - Most of the managers are Excel pundit they have no idea what technology is - They give unrealistic deadlines to clients - There are thousands of non productive, nonbillable liabilities are sitting and eating large chunk of the revenue without doing any productive work - No value for experienced technical persons - Cafeteria is horrible (not a single company has such a horrible cafeteria) - No office transport is available - If you belong to a specific state in India, then only you survive...Read More

Have good consultants technically.

Dislikes

Lack of communication among team members which did not lead to constructive outcome or culture. People driven with preset mindset resulting in judging and indifferent attitude. People not friendly, seem to be caught up with their own judgements and opinions. I was there for short period of time, found the culture to be unsuitable for a person to stay for long period of time.

You work with client and client is the boss. I worked with BT as client. Virtusa managers don't involve in any of the employee issues with client. No hike.
