After working in the company for years now i can say, there is not much to like about this, even not a single employee in the organisation has a proper KRA.

Dislikes

Company has 4 directors, which gives direct instructions to every employee. So you will be getting 4 type of work at the same time which is very hectic and every work will be urgent marked. No compensation benefits are given to any employee, no epf contribution no bonus no incentive nothing, v ery less leaves in a year, No diwali bonus, no yearly bonus </mark>...Read More
