Job security is good. Projects also valuable. Accommodation facilities also good transportation facilities also good.

Internal system or documentation for employees very bad. Cash flow is also not good. No salary proofs, no appointment letter, etc.

You will grow and get confidence while working in most challenging conditions like extreme conditions in ladakh and North east

Dislikes

Management is not very supportive. They will not provide any benefits to there employees. Thay only wants results but they don't care for employees. They don't provide facilities for there employees. Also Management in head office doesn't care about field employees. On sites they don't provide basic facilities, not even a chair. Engineers are looking for spaces to even have food. I don't prefer anybody to job in this company because they are mentally sick and thier job location are really very bad. And at the end they don't provide salary on time even after 3months. Their behavior is so weird with staffs.

Vij engineers is basically telecom company 2001 to 2010 telecom boom , In this time period Vij engineers doing excellent work , in term of work out put , employees walfare, salary, pramotion, incentive etc... After 2010 telecom work down than company growth also down . All positive things also gone down. Vij engineers not shifting in transmission line . This is the drawback of this company ....

This is not a good company. They dont give the salary. Dont join this company.

Attitude of this company boss is not good. He thinks, he knows everything and employee is of no use. I joined this company in october 2021. They dont given me salary. They given me my 30% salary after 2 months. Then i left the job.
