Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. If you like children then this is the good place to work.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning.I learn everything on job. I got a chance to work in different events organised in the organization.

They've made sure to not let go of people indiscriminately. While there were Salary cuts in the beginning, we were informed about it and asked to choose the percentage of reduction. There have been several upskilling and mental health focused sessions.

On the job, training is not given. Work can be more organized than it is.

People are very friendly specially office people. If i would again want to join vidya so i will join main office department. The thing which i like most is expert people from vidya group helping centre teacher to increase their knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

From my opinion centre teachers are not skilled enough to teach (secondary)student. Teachers are not doing their work as per they required just for a sake they are doing their job.

I was teaching maths and science to 9 and 8 std. At vikhroli branch ( part time). It was nice experience with vidya.
