Everything. No job security. The director fired me without any logical reason. Would have given a zero if there had been an option. Poor infrastructure, Unsupportive seniors, rude director etc.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
