I had got my MNC Accenture job through a consultancy on consultancy payroll basis. Though I was on contract basis, I found the working environment & my team mates at Accenture was very helpful and co-operative though they were senior to me. Enjoyed a lots in festival celebrations days & friday fun activities. They follow their company policies & safety norms on top priority basis which is very good from employee point of view. They give importance to each and every employee in their company. They listen to their problems & solves them without any partiality. If you work hard & have that spark & dedication toward your work then this is the place where your all dreams comes true & hard work will get felicitated & appreciated on individual level, which in turn gives you work satisfaction. Food & canteens are equipped with tasty & lots of food varieties on all the time 24x7. Lastly I enjoyed my Job at Accenture at all the level. Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.
Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Structured processes. Work life balance depends on project / manager. Competitive package after completing from Level 11 onwards. Technology partner benefits. Good office facilities.
Lack of mentors. All HR driven mentorship programs are superficial. Appraisals follow bell curve approach even though HR claims otherwise. Different technology groups work in silos. Lots of mandatory trainings which are charged to client time even if does not directly relate to your work. Too many extracurricular activities driven by different groups the time for which is charged to the client.
Work policy: Depends on project group- if team members are spread out across locations then there is no need to go to office except for events

Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join.
