The company policies regarding Human Resource are the best as per the current Indian Market standards. Accenture offers the employees to change their base location as per their convenience. Best facilities for women workforce as compared to other service based companies( vahini group, cab facilities, flexible work hours and much more). Time to time vouchers, coupons, recognition points, rewards everything is there( sometimes depends on project to project). Hikes are there on quarterly basis, yearly basis, market corrections happen at required time. For promotion first Accenture have only yearly appraisals but now they have changed this to mid-year and sometimes Quarterly promotions nominations are there as well (again depends on project to project)....Read More
Work Load sometimes may hamper your mental stability, work life balance but this happens rarely and depends on client requirement and management strategies (again depends on project to project). Second, thing which I dislike is Roll-Offs from project is not easy in any project.

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join.
