Post merger, its all about partiality, groupism, immature decision by leadership, racism and more. I mean there is just no vision, no planning, just nothing. There is nothing to like about it, they are usually good at giving mental pressures and anxiety to the person. Poor HR, poor operations, making everyone fool.

Engineering team managers are non sensible, you are welcomed by perks. There are no perks in practical. Rupali Pathak, poor HR. Aditya Pathak, general manager, total pariwarwad in the company. Ghasham Lavand, a d-headed architect, Mohan Bora, keep saving your *ss- mate. Poor organisation, zero operations. Working with architect was like working with a dumb aa personality. As the company is still in Start-up phase, there is alot to learn and alot of teams that you can join over time Flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Growth is stagnant, promotion wise. Salary is way below market standards. Employee satisfaction is really low.
