They will not consider female employees for next level once they are married even their performace is better than male employees. It will take more time to get a designation in vee technologies. Partiality and politics are there depends on the lead you are working under.

Good Appraisal 14-20% is given every year based on the performance. If requirement is needed, you got opportunity to work on different projects. If you're well skilled knowledgeable person, you're in comfort zone. Job security is at the peak.

Dislikes

As same as other companies corporate policies and politics is there. Except small cultural events and tour arrangements. there is no other outside of work. Saturday is default working day with pay.

The People over there are one of the best human beings I've come across in my life so far.

Dislikes

There is a bond for 1.5 years, but it's okay I guess. It means the company needs you to work with them over a long period of time, and gives job security. Pay is little less compared to other companies, but we have appraisals and joining bonuses.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive. There is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good.Appraisals and salary hike also good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on the job.
