Work culture in vee technologies make us feel like we are robots and not humans any more. 12+ working hours a day for more than 3-4 months, no work life balance, not enough salary for what you do, mandatory working both Saturday and Sunday for the entire month which happens every month, we don't even get over time money even we work30 days a month, worst HR management where in no person is available to listen to out concerns and additionally if we raise a point for the betterment of work culture we will be "cornered, pointed out unnecessarily, shouted at times for no reasons". There are so many other points which i couldn't share because it will not be professional. Vee technologies is a great place especially vee 9 E/M team. I was selected Ed coder in vee 9. During interview I performed average but team leader Raghu gave an opportunity to prove my self due to some health reasons after 3 months 1 resigned. Team Leader encourages me more to perform well. Vee 9 physician team has very positive environment. This is the one of the best place to work in coding industry.
