They take appraisal test but they do fail mostly people.Nothing to learn. Did not like the behaviour of upper level management like TLS ,HR, Manager,MD.They are very rude.TL doesn't support you at all.And if you complaint about this to manager.They scold you but not the TLs.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I am an android developer and the only person in the company who should take care of android stuff.They send me at their client side in DDA.No one support me.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
