Likes

Nothing likable about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even to my enemies. The environment and the work culture here is pathetic. Moreover, there are some crocodiles working in the same company positioned as managers who never welcome a change and just are bootlickers of the owner and their management.

Dislikes

Everything! The company has no employee friendly environment. They are just opposite of their name V care where nobody actually cares about you until you're a bootlicker yourselves. If you're a boss-pleaser and fine working in an environment where their is peace without no growth and you keep on doing the same shit everyday, join this company. From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
