If you are really interested in stock market and wanted to test your strategies, this company is best fit. After market hours you are allowed to do anything like learning new things about market or wanted to chill at workplace. Weekends are off because market is off so there is not at all any work on weekends.

Dislikes

Company sometimes doens't value their old employees or those who are loyal to the company. Compensation, perks and benefits, appraisals are bare minimum. Hierarchy is not proper to communicate the issues.
