Over all its a good company to work for but looks like it lost its flair.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

No work life balance, you will feel underpaid for the kind of work you do. Their variable payout is the worst, more than three times they have credited the amount and asked people to refund it back, their tax computation is full of blunders, everyone should watch out. The hikes are in single digit.
