Nothing , CEO does not have a vision, He created this culture of favoritism and next line managers follows the same they create the same.

Britishers strategies they target some one and use others to create a scene so that rest of the organisation feels it's the employee fault. Typical South Indian filmy style management.

Work Details

There 2/3 people who are very close to Ceo and they work out his plan smartly and very unprofessionally . Lay off they take calls ruthlessly. Not sure why they getting in to such situation, it is not too late sell it to off to a different organisation.
