Exceptional Mentorship. Very work oriented place. Prioritize the completion of work on time. Exposure to different dept. has delved me through people management, lead generation, content creation, SEO, and blog writing. Timely meeting, forces a discipline updates and also very informative when it comes to guidance of mentors. Focus on skill development is one of the priority.

Dislikes

While the incentives structure in place, the amount received upon 15 days completion in a dept may not be highly motivating for some people. For the ones seeking valuable experience, LernX is a great platform but for the ones seeking for immediate financial reward is bit not satisfactory.

Here at lernx, I worked as a marketing intern under the supervision of several leaders and I must say everyone was superb but we connect to only a few of them that's only one Mirgali mam. Like every one has their pros and cons lernx also has some disadvantages but one should always know how to deal with the likes and dislikes both. Sab bolte company fraud scam and what not so for that Firstly aao kaam kro izzat se phir kuch na mile tb aandolan kro wrna free mein khana khane shadi me sb jaate pr lifafa sbko nhi milta na 🥱 IYKYK. This company can be simply called a scam as they treat there interns badly and don't care about your learning. No matter how good your communication skills are, if people are not picking up your call, you get terminated which doesn't really make any sense. They basically want you to be a beggar for sales rather than a good sales person. Being a marketing Intern they'll give you work of HR or sales and not a single marketing work to do and again that doesn't make any sense....Read More

The team leaders were helpful and thaught me a lot of things that will help me in many way.... taught me how to communicate or interact with humans out there it was difficult but great experience

Sometimes they didn't understand our situation...like they terminated me just for not attending 1 meeting...but that's how corporate world works so it's okayy... Overall it was great experience.
