There is nothing which can be likeable by anybody. The upper management is irresponsible, no one is there to lister to employees concern. HR team is irresponsible, every monthe salary gets credited late, their vendor for EPF makes mistakes every month and then we have to take follow ups on that</mark>. Work policy: Its still a startup even after completing 11 years. Office is small with no sitting capacity. So they send their employees to work from home.

The company is great for freshers and interns; you'll learn a lot. They provide snacks, which is an added bonus. The working culture is okay but not exceptional.

Dislikes

The job is underpaid even though you're a senior, with some juniors earning more than you. Some team members are toxic; while others are supportive. Some testers lack skills yet receive higher salaries than skilled workers.

Company culture shouldn't be added first learn the meaning of company culture here most of company employees supporting people on the basic of cast even if they don't have any knowledge or any skills and about job security they throw me out without giving me any. I worked here more than 5+ and they behave me like that.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair ans they give good hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
