There is nothing which can be likeable by anybody. The upper management is irresponsible, no one is there to lister to employees concern. HR team is irresponsible, every monthe salary gets credited late, their vendor for EPF makes mistakes every month and then we have to take follow ups on that. Work policy: Its still a startup even after completing 11 years. Office is small with no sitting capacity. So they send their employees to work from home.

The company is great for freshers and interns; you'll learn a lot. They provide snacks, which is an added bonus. The working culture is okay but not exceptional.

Dislikes

The job is underpaid even though you're a senior, with some juniors earning more than you. Some team members are toxic; while others are supportive. Some testers lack skills yet receive higher salaries than skilled workers.

The salary they provided was better than most of the companies were offering for the same post. Also the company is new in Finance and Account got to learn a lot while working.

Dislikes

The HR policy is not employee friendly and there are lack of basic amenities like vendor machine , water filer at each floor ect.

False promises, asking people to work on contract and then offering them a lower salary than their last drawn yet promising of salary revision at the end of the contract and then saying no such commitments were made. Valethi is short of value and ethics but these things are not engraved in the leadership levels and all they want to do is get the work done, offer you false promotion and then claim that nothing was promised....Read More

Inka policy sbse bekaar hai. Salary 10th ko aata hai jo sbse worst hai. HR ka aalg hi attitude hai. Joining ke time pe bahot promise krte hai ye log like cab facilities denge, miles provide krenge, Management sbse bekaar hai unka attitude be like rehna hai raho warna resign deke nikal jaao.

Valethi is a very good and light organisation in terms of HR team, the HR head is a a supercool person, he manages everything in a cool manner which is a very learning thing from him. However But overall the company feels like a family

Dislikes

The HR Manager (SH) is a super political person, she is very lazy and only distributes the work to the team, as a Manager of Talent Acquisition she don't even know how to source candidates from Naukri Resdex, she only encourages employees who licks her back, she promotes favoratism, she is the only person who is spoiling company's image

Toxic people are spoiling atmosphere of company. Mental harassement is done by seniors if you don't flatter them. They will give negative feedback about you. Micromanagement.Lack of ettiquettes. Unprofessionals are working on Senior level.Lack of knowledge sharing.Internal politics.
