The environment of the company is extremely toxic. No one try to understand, help and cooperation their subordinates. Managers don't allow you to speak and put forward your thoughts. Salary is very low as compared to the market value and appraisals are given only to the people who can participate in office politics.

The salary they provided was better than most of the companies were offering for the same post. Also the company is new in Finance and Account got to learn a lot while working.

The HR policy is not employee friendly and there are lack of basic amenities like vendor machine , water filer at each floor ect.

Inka policy sbse bekaar hai. Salary 10th ko aata hai jo sbse worst hai. HR ka aalg hi attitude hai. Joining ke time pe bahot promise krte hai ye log like cab facilities denge, miles provide krenge, Management sbse bekaar hai unka attitude be like rehna hai raho warna resign deke nikal jaao.

Valethi is a very good and light organisation in terms of HR team, the HR head is a a supercool person, he manages everything in a cool manner which is a very learning thing from him. However But overall the company feels like a family

The HR Manager (SH) is a super political person, she is very lazy and only distributes the work to the team, as a Manager of Talent Acquisition she don't even know how to source candidates from Naukri Resdex, she only encourages employees who licks her back, she promotes favoratism, she is the only person who is spoiling company's image

Its a small /mid size organisation having excellent work culture, sensible management and amazing salaries to get hired on. The company makes it easy for employees to maintain work life balance by allowing anytime Wfh and office location is also good.

Company culture shouldn't be added first learn the meaning of company culture here most of company employees supporting people on the basic of cast even if they don't have any knowledge or any skills and about job security they throw me out without giving me any. I worked here more than 5+ and they behave me like that.
