I regret my time working at UST Global, particularly in the Talent Acquisition department. The experience was nothing short of disheartening due to several serious issues that hindered professional growth and well-being. • Extreme Micromanagement – Every step of the way, my work was closely monitored and micromanaged, which stifled any opportunity for independent decision-making and creativity. It was an environment where trust and autonomy were nonexistent. • Hire and Fire Culture – The company operated with a constant "hire and fire" mentality. I witnessed employees being brought in only to be let go shortly after, creating an atmosphere of instability and fear. • Termination Threats – There were constant threats of termination, even for minor mistakes or challenges. This created an environment of anxiety where employees were always on edge. • Pseudo Pressure – The culture was marked by a false sense of urgency and pressure that often felt artificial. Management imposed unnecessary stress, which was counterproductive and demoralizing. • Office Politics – The workplace was deeply entrenched in politics, with favoritism and manipulation influencing decisions. This left little room for merit-based progress or transparency. • Toxic Culture – The overall culture was toxic, with negativity and distrust permeating the environment. It was difficult to find support or collaboration among colleagues due to the competitive and often hostile atmosphere. • No Career Stability – There was no sense of career stability. The lack of job security, combined with the unpredictable environment, made it challenging to envision any long-term growth within the company. • Unprofessional Managers and Communication – The management team displayed highly unprofessional behavior, including poor communication and disrespectful interactions. The leadership's inability to foster a supportive environment created significant frustration. In my experience, UST Global was not only detrimental to personal career growth but also detrimental to mental well-being. -I have met good people who promotes healthy work culture and doesnt allow to work beyond normal working hours. -Celebrations are celebrated at peak.

-There are worst people who suck the soul out of you, promotes "modern day slavery" as "professionalism" and forces everyone to change the mindset as "work is life". These kind of people are the one who ruins the Indian IT sector, unfortunately I was part of such a team. -Poor work management, no proper tracking of work record and lack of employees in the team which will result in working overtime till late night ,work during weekends and cannot put a sick leave when its urgent which will burnout the soul and even calls you on phone during off hours and off days expecting 24x7 availability in front of office laptop. -It all depends on the luck on which team you lands on. And most important thing is if you have influence and contacts inside the organisation then you will enjoy the UST life, else it will be a lifelong trauma. -Dont ever join UST by looking at social media marketings, promotions and social media contents....Read More

1) the client location, they did not provide proper KT (Knowledge Transfer) and showed a lot of partiality. I informed the UST manager about this, but he also did not address my concerns. 2)If the project is not available, the manager is asking for forced registration without providing the full notice period. 3)The client manager and the UST manager are always discussing the CTC. 1. The appraisal process at the company lacks structure and clarity. Managers are unaware of the proper procedures, and both managerial and HR teams fail to take responsibility, often deflecting issues onto each other. 2. Managers and higher-level personnel, such as delivery managers and their superiors, lack sufficient technical expertise. Instead of providing meaningful support or solutions, they push employees to work under the same ineffective approach. 3. Employee queries are often met with hypothetical answers, and even when mistakes are on the client’s end, these managers avoid addressing them, instead prolonging the issue unnecessarily. 4. The leadership displays a typical service-class mindset, prioritizing prolonged projects to secure financial benefits rather than efficient delivery. Employees are not offered any perks, and basic gestures like acknowledging birthdays or anniversaries are overlooked. 5. The company's IT support is inadequate, with the IT team often lacking the necessary knowledge to resolve operating system-level issues effectively. 6. Overall, there is a pervasive lack of motivation to come to the office, driven by poor leadership, insufficient support, and an unengaging work environment. 7. The company claims to promote openness and transparency, but in reality, there is significant micromanagement. Managers lack awareness of basic company processes, raising questions about their competence and leadership roles. 8. The office lacks proper workspace, offers no games or fun activities to relieve work pressure, and does not provide snacks, contributing to a dull and unengaging environment. 9. Even basic gestures like providing a welcome kit are delayed for a year, making employees question the company’s culture and commitment to motivation. 10. The office environment is described as unwelcoming, akin to a graveyard, with a lack of proper infrastructure, including inadequate meeting rooms, insufficient parking space, and no formal company structure. 1. No appraisals. 2. No qualified employees. 3. No feedback discussions, managers have no clue about promotions, appraisals, variable pay, increments, etc. 4. HRs don't even bother connecting with the employees. No discussions about the motivation, what the employees need. For 6 months they don't even know who are the employees they are tagged to. 5. No company formal structure. Feedbacks shared with the management goes into bin. They do what they feel like doing. 6. No food arrangements, no proper offices, no meeting rooms, no snacks, no coffee/tea, no gym, no breakout games etc. 7. The moment you enter the office, you feel like you are in a graveyard, where there is total silence. Lack of meeting rooms, forces people to take calls from their bay disturbing everyone around them. 8. Everything blocked on your laptops. At times even client websites are blocked. 9. Laptops from 2001 eras are given. Who will feel like working. 10. They get refurbished laptops and give it to the employees, where the employees keep struggling. 11. It could’ve been better in taking care of their employees in few aspects like how to handle work pressure, how to handle stress in managing work and life.

It's all about the project you were get in. When I joined ust I get into a nice project. After my maternity leave when I rejoined I get into worst project . There was no value for our work . No work life balance. So from my opinion all our feedback comes based on our project .
