North Indians too much Undervalued 2 months bench else fired Seen numerous people on bench and all being laid off at once Few project openings and too many ppl on bench Growth very very tough for North Indians Most people who join here quit this company fast Extremely less leaves 12 CL and 7 SL 2 RH 3 days WFO mandatory

The company allows you to utilise your skills and learn new skills. It is very supportive and also provide decent hike. Work-life balance is very good.

Dislikes

The only thing which I dislike about it is medical insurance policy. It doe not provide you to get free annual checkups, spectacles cost or normal treatment cost. Your insurance is only when you are admitted to a hospital and that is also not that high.
