Mr. Dinesh Panwar (Principal Architect) is a very down to Earth Human Being. From the very beginning one can see him/her developing a new insight towards architecture taking along the technical aspects of the same. The learning curve is simply outstanding at Urbanscape Architects. If one seeks to grow as a whole, it is the studio for them.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about this studio/office though improvements can be there at any place. Mr. Panwar always welcomes the changes suggested that are best suited for everyone.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
