The best part about Uplers is the culture & people. It's a great working experience & the company is growing steadily every quarter. The management is really supportive & gives constant feedback for improvement. One can learn a lot & enhance their skills.

One thing I'm dis-satisfied with is the salary - The growth is, too, slow.

I started as an SEM trainee & got promoted to SEM executive after six months of probation. I look after the paid marketing part of the projects with an effective strategy, execution, communication & analysis.

Job security, work culture has been excellent. Able to learn new things.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not good and work is not equally distributed among the team members. Those who do good work get accounts and workload increases significantly, leading to no work-life balance. Along with that, there should be some authorities given to management/TLs while making some good decisions and should not be dependent onTop-level people of the company.
