My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Best thing is that you can work from anywhere. Work environment is super cool and leads are pretty much professionals and supportive. Management is good ; there is no micro management unlike other companies. It's been around 2 months since I've joined and I'm enjoying working here.
