The best thing is the company culture. People are easy to approach and open to speak irrespective of any hierarchy or designation. Loved this aspect!

Dislikes

I feel their can be more scope of growth for the people working within the organization. I can't see much promotions happening so would love to see that incorporated. Instead of bringing leads from outside, the best candidates working internally for long can be groomed to hold such responsible positions.

I mostly like the Remote working Style of the company and the best part of it is that they provide the right client and give you right platform to explore new trends and can enhance the way of working style and leaving style.

Remote company you can do work life balance travel and do job. That's the only good thing

Uplers has promoted itself as the best place to work where annually they organise "workation" what they don't tell you is even if you dont want to go they will unofficially raise pressure. Going to the destination and coming back is your expense whether it is flight or train you have to bear. It's not 2-3 days but 7 days workation where your schedule will be screwed. You will not stay in any swanky place but the most reasonable and remote resort they have finalised which will be cut off from the city. Going out and about the city will be your expense. Food will be mediocre anything else you wish to order will be chargeable. They will force you to participate in group outings during this trip and then split the bill equally. In the end you will end up spending 20k+ from your own pockets and tag #uplersbestplacetowork on linkedin. 0 work culture or job security. Managers and mid management have lost their soul and humanity. Anyone is sick replace them. Anyone is pregnant replace them. First they show professionalism while taking your interview and then they dump you No response inspite of passing all the test. Most of the clients are startups who don't know to function or select candidates They don't know how to operate this remote working business model All of it is a real mess they just waste candidates time and efforts

Constant structural and team changes. No discussion prior to appraisal. No leaves on national holidays and also on most of public holidays. Micro management and interference.
