Shark Tank-funded startup is looking for a Senior Application Developer-
They are building the future of human intelligence augmentation through AI-powered
wearable technology. Our app is the central interface between users and their AI-enhanced
second brain, requiring exceptional engineering talent to deliver a seamless, reliable
experience.
Role Overview
We're seeking a Senior/ Lead to own and drive our mobile app development. As a core team member, you'll build and lead our mobile engineering team while working closely with AI and backend teams to create a revolutionary product.

Primary Responsibilities(80%)
* Architect and implement the mobile app (Flutter) from ground up
* Make critical technical decisions around app architecture, state management, and tech
stack
* Lead development of complex AI-integrated features and real-time capabilities
* Ensure app performance, reliability and scalability
* Own the entire mobile development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, and deployment

Team Leadership(20%)
* Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers
* Drive engineering best practices and code quality standards
* Participate in hiring and growing the mobile team
* Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with AI and backend teams to integrate advanced features
* Partner with product and design teams to deliver excellent user experience
* Contribute to product strategy and technical roadmap

Required Experience & Skills
Technical Expertise
* 3+ years of mobile app development experience
* Strong experience with either Flutter or React Native (Flutter preferred)
* Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and state management
* Experience with app performance optimization and debugging
* Knowledge of native iOS/Android development principles
* Experience with CI/CD and automated testing

Leadership & Ownership
* Track record of leading technical teams or complex projects
* Experience making architectural decisions and trade-offs
* Strong bias for action and ownership mentality
* Excellence in code reviews and technical mentorship

Nice to Have
* Flutter development experience
* Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile apps
* Knowledge of wearable technology
* Experience with real-time features and offline capabilities
* Open source contributions
