Role Overview Description
Senior AI & Full Stack Engineer
We're a tech-driven multi-brand company, owning 12 successful e-commerce brands in health, wellness, and lifestyle. Our modern tech stack integrates with 50+ APIs and serves customers primarily across US, UK, EU, AU and CA markets. We're expanding our product portfolio with innovative AI-powered solutions, starting with our fitness training brand (500,000+ customers) and building toward potential SAAS offerings.

Role Overview:
Join our product innovation team to build next-generation applications that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities. You'll work on both mobile and web platforms, creating scalable architectures that power multiple brands and future SAAS offerings.

What You'll Do:
● Build full-stack applications including mobile apps (React Native/Flutter) and web platforms
● Design and implement scalable architectures and APIs
● Create AI features for personalization, recommendations, and computer vision
● Develop reusable component libraries and design systems
● Implement complex frontend features for both mobile and web
● Build native mobile features integrating with device capabilities
● Set up infrastructure that scales across brands
● Create developer tools and automation systems

Educational Qualifications:
● Must meet at least two of the following criteria:
● Graduate from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS, IIITs, COEP, DCE/DTU)
● Winners/Top performers in major hackathons (SIH, Microsoft Imagine Cup, HackerCup, etc.)
● Google Summer of Code (GSOC) participants/mentors
● Strong open source contributions or exceptional side projects
● Proven track record of building and shipping products

What We're Looking For:
● Strong full-stack development capabilities
● Mobile and web development experience (React Native/Flutter/React)
● Experience in using AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI/Claude along with their APIs
● Knowledge of cloud services and scalable architectures
● Understanding of API design and implementation
● Track record of shipping products
● Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred)
