Role Overview Description

What youâll be working on?
â Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute product strategies to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
â Driving impact: Drive product decisions that contribute to top-line growth, including launching new features and optimizing existing ones to meet the needs of our customers
â Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for growth, and optimize user experience.
â Data-Driven Optimization: Define, track & drive actionable insights from data, presenting recommendations to the executive team.
â Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering and other GTM teams, such as marketing, sales, support, and customer success teams, to implement growth initiatives.
â Experimentation: Design, launch, and manage growth experiments (e.g., onboarding optimizations, new feature tests, pricing strategies) focusing on iterating quickly and learning from results.
What are we looking for?
â 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years focused solely on growth-first initiatives for a SaaS org.
â Demonstrated success in driving significant user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
â Experience with scaling a SaaS business in its 10-100 journey; in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
â Strong understanding of SaaS business models and growth levers, including subscription-based pricing, churn reduction, and customer lifetime value.
â Deep expertise in product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
â Strong experience running A/B tests, cohort analysis, and other growth experiments.
â Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner.
