Job Title: Group Manager

Location: Remote

What you will do: 

⦁ Drive business outcomes by creating new innovative product features for stock market customers which increase customer activation, engagement, conversion, retention, satisfaction, lifetime value

⦁ Combine customer insights and domain expertise to conceptualize cutting edge mobile app solutions

⦁ Develop deep understanding of needs of various customer cohorts and lines of business and ensure that the offerings are competitive and increasing market share

⦁ Be responsible for business goals defined for the Digital Revenue initiatives

⦁ Use data analytics, product metrics, market and UX research, competitive and market analysis to drive new customer insights and prioritize product initiatives

⦁ Identify key success metrics, track and analyze performance and constantly identify improvements to drive maximum usage and achieve business objectives

⦁ Develop deep domain expertise in stock market trading and investing.

Who you are: 

⦁ Rich experience, skill-set and track record in Business Strategy and Revenue growth

⦁ Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills.

⦁ Excellent communication & presentation skills.

⦁ Expert in Design Thinking, market research, data analytics.

⦁ Goal-setting and team management expertise.

Education: MBA from Tier 1 college.
