Job Title: Lead - Digital Revenue

Location: Remote

What you will do:

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data throughout the product development cycle to derive valuable insights into user behavior and market trends.
• Implement effective A/B experiments to gauge the impact of changes and enhancements on the product, aiming for continuous improvement.
• Identify the key product metrics and establish tools and dashboards for continuous monitoring and analysis.
• Analyze usage patterns to develop action plans aimed at positively influencing the metrics and guiding the product in the desired direction.
• Ensure prompt and informed product decisions by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
• Engage in user research and surveys to gain a comprehensive understanding of user needs, preferences, and pain points, informing product development strategies accordingly.
  
  

Who you are: 

Overall experience of 2-4 yrs with at least 1 yrs in product management in a tech-led company.

• Experience in working with SQL; Dashboard creation & Automation using SQL and Excel         
• Experience in handling both - Regular publishing of dashboards and performing RCAs for any requirements
• Exceptional problem-solving skills based on first principles of thinking.
• Strong bias for action and creating impact
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development.
• Experience in working with Data Science is preferred.
