Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and the Business Intelligence team to define and refine business requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build detailed reports and interactive dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Drive operational excellence across various business functions through data-backed recommendations and decisions.
• Evaluate and provide insights on marketing campaigns (online/offline) to improve performance.
• Monitor and report on business KPIs, setting actionable goals to improve performance and efficiency.
• Develop and manage the roadmap for the Business Intelligence team.
• Present business insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis roles.
• Strong expertise in data tools such as SQL, Excel, Google Suite, Python, R, and Tableau (or other visualization tools).
• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• Strong understanding of database design and data manipulation.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into actionable data insights.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in e-commerce, retail, or supply chain industries is a plus.
