Executive - Agri Input

Job Summary:

The Executive - Agri Input Team will play a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding of DeHaat centres by managing documentation, verifying centre information, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for DeHaat centre onboarding, including centre profiles, agreements, and other relevant documents

- Verify centre information, including business licenses, tax registrations, and other compliance documents

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and logistics teams, to ensure smooth onboarding of DeHaat centres

- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of centre documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with DeHaat's policies and procedures

- Provide support to the Agri Input Team in managing centre relationships, resolving issues, and improving overall centre experience

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate updating of centre information in DeHaat's systems

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of centre onboarding and documentation management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Familiarity with document management systems and databases
