Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS).

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Oversee account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.

- Collaborate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

- Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and standards, ensuring the organization's compliance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA).

- 1-3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or auditing.

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., IND-AS, IFRS, or GAAP).

- Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Tally).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
