Senior Technical Writer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the research scholars to handle various departmental duties.
• Offering academic support and advice to clients.
• Participate in the continuing review and development of subject delivery, incorporating innovative study modes and learning environments.
• Manage, review and approve the team work for timely delivery.
• Preparing proposals and applying for research funding.
• Create, Manage and execute academic events such as workshops, conferences and other similar events.
• Managing a small team of sales professionals to focus on exceeding the annual sales target, and promoting our services to new and existing customers.
• Managing your own segment of current customers, identifying and capitalizing on new business with customers not currently serviced with our products/service.
• Achieve a deep understanding of the academic systems and products through regular meetings with academic heads, directors and chairperson.
• Provide direct resolution of problems.
• Provide internal consultant and/or project management skills as required.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or Ph.D. (CSE,IT,ECE only)
• 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant/Associate Professor or as a Professor in a reputed College or University or similar kind of industry.

Requirements:

• Complete knowledge of the educational rules, regulations, and developments in the Education sector
• Portfolio of published research articles is desirable
