Territory Sales Executive

Job Location:- central kolkata, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Howrah, Hooghly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for primary as well as secondary Sales.
2. Creating and maintaining a report on the area sales.
3. Must Handle and on board new distributors, Manage distributors in all aspects related to general trade division.
4. Coordinating with the Sales team to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
5. Have to give job training to the salesman to open new outlets, increase lines per bill, productivity, volume & relation build With the retailers
6. Collaborating with the Sales Representatives from other territories as and when required
7. Co-ordinate with marketing team and execute all the brand activities as per the agreed calendar in area.
8. Ensuring proper coverage of the distributors in the allotted area.
9. Manage new product launched conduct on job training to sales team.
10. Responsible for target achievement of assigned territory.
11. Tracking all competitors activities & make aggressive plan to counter team.
12. Responsible for primary as well as secondary for Distributors.
13. Ensuring the execution of trade activities like branding, merchanting & visibility in the territory through banners Posters, board, in shop activities & sampling.
