Job Description


Job Title : Global Operations Support Executive

Location : Mumbai Nahur

Department : Global Customer Experience


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage & execute all phases of the implementation process regarding operational workflows.
  • Take ownership of ensuring all operational tasks in the project plan are executed.
  • Ensure effective communication & manage expectations with ATPI departments & Network Partners.
  • Identify any areas of concern regarding any operational processes and communicate with GI Manager for escalation to client or commercial team.
  • Ensure an effective handover takes place with Operational teams.
  • Manage multiple resources ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Ensure all departments, locations and brands deliver consistency where relevant
  • Proactively participate and attend departmental team meetings as and when required
  • Ensure your own personal training and development is achieved in line with business needs
  • Ensure company profiles (bars) are created within given timelines and that all client relevant information, Loyalty numbers, travel tracking etc. are included.
  • Ensure all operational teams follow requested testing protocols and that test data is visible where expected.
  • Ensure any workflows e.g. NEON, Smart Flows, Unity, Amadeus scripts are tested and understood by all operational teams.
  • Join internal calls lead by GI Manager to ensure operational workflows are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure details of operational set up and workflows are included in the GI Managers final pre-go live communication.
  • Manage Sabre operational support tasks

COMPETENCIES:


  • Minimum of 3 years travel industry experience within Operations.
  • Experience of handling customers at all levels
  • Highly organized, focused attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Strong Sabre and Amadeus skills mandatory
  • Positive established relationships in multiple departments and regions would be a benefit
  • Comprehensive understanding of travel management company operations from front line to online booking through to reporting data.
  • Self-confident with the ability to inspire confidence in others
  • Relates well to all levels of personnel both inside and outside the organization
  • Proven evidence that builds rapport easily, builds constructive and effective relations, and can use diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, effective-management and motivation skills
  • Commitment to delivering a consistently high quality of service, exceeding client expectations
  • Ability to adjust behavior to handle different clients and understand their needs
  • Ability to be culturally aware and mindful of different working practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly resilient remaining calm and stable under pressure
  • Ability to think logically, use creativity to solve problems, lateral thinker and ability come up with solutions
  • Excellent administration, planning and organisational skills

  • Positive self-starter who has a real desire to exceed customers' expectations


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in back office operations or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
