Talent Acquisition Executive

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in managing recruitment for travel consultants, accounts, finance, key account managers, and other critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles within the travel industry.
• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify candidates. Conduct thorough screening and assessments to ensure qualifications and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on hiring progress and metrics.
• Onboarding: Oversee joining formalities and induction processes to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
• Team Collaboration: Work with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated on travel industry recruitment trends and challenges.
