Location: Hyderabad
Work Schedule: 6 days a week

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, specifically sourcing educators and instructors, and will excel in handling end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for educator and instructor roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage various sourcing platforms and networks to identify potential candidates, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring progress in Excel.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in recruitment, specifically within the EdTech sector, with expertise in sourcing educators and instructors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Excel and recruitment-related tools.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Other: Ability to work 6 days a week and based in Hyderabad.
• Preferred Attributes:Previous experience with bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment.Familiarity with educator qualification standards and hiring best practices in the EdTech industry.
