Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team at Agrizy. In this pivotal role, you will lead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract, recruit, and onboard top talent that aligns with our company culture and growth objectives. You will work closely with department heads, HR leadership, and external partners to build and execute effective hiring strategies, manage recruitment processes, and enhance the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring across all levels of the organization.
  • Talent Strategy Development: Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, define hiring priorities, and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Foster relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Lead the interview process, ensuring a consistent, effective, and fair approach. Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with HRBP, Employee Engagement, and other departments to ensure smooth candidate transitions and successful onboarding processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze hiring data and use insights to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges in recruitment, offering creative solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the values of Agrizy.
