Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Manager - Payroll and Compliance to lead and manage
our payroll processing and ensure strict compliance with all statutory regulations. In this role,
you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll,
handling statutory compliance for employees, and ensuring that the organization adheres to
all applicable laws and regulations. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other internal
stakeholders to streamline processes and maintain high standards in payroll administration
and compliance. If you have a strong background in payroll management and a deep
understanding of compliance requirements, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a

Key Responsibilities:
employees, ensuring deductions, bonuses, allowances, and reimbursements are
accurately calculated and compliant with company policies.
payroll, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity,
Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable laws. Monitor and stay
updated on changes in laws and regulations.
calculations, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), and year-end tax filings. Ensure timely
and accurate submission of tax returns and other required reports to government
authorities.
employees, ensuring all payments, statutory dues, and clearances are accurately
processed and timely completed.

Work with auditors to ensure full compliance during audits.

Skills and Qualifications:
