- Strong negotiation and networking skill with Channel partners and well versed with the channel hierarchy.

Roles and Responsibilities:.

Must-Have Responsibilities.

- Develop and implement sales strategy for Quick & E-Commerce channels.

- Manage partnerships with several platforms, including Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Swiggy, and Instamart and new players in the category.

- Establish and meet annual sales targets, budgets, and KPIs.

- Manage P&L for by category & channel.

- Optimize pricing, promotions, and trade expenses for profitability.

- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to discover potential growth possibilities.

- Lead the team and connect with cross functional team to avoid gap between demand and supply.

- Ensuring 100% fill rate.

- Data first driven approach in formulating monthly & yearly AOP plan and progress tracking through dashboard.

- Digital & performance marketing experience to drive the brand ranking and preference across all the platforms.

- Should have the experience in handling TOT with the channel to drive brand objective.
