eCommerce Manager - Retail (4-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement strategic plans to expand the marketplace, focusing on partnerships, and brand engagement, positioning in the marketplace platforms

- Strong understanding of inventory planning and catalogue ops , promotion planning and liquidation in marketplace

- Establish and maintain robust relationships with marketplace leaders, SPOCs, and key sellers to ensure their needs are met and to encourage their growth on the platform.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new opportunities for strategic partnerships, and understand competitive threats.

- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage insights from seller and customer feedback, driving targeted promotional campaigns and personalized seller support initiatives.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the marketplace platform's user experience for both sellers and customers, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging environment.

- Develop metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the success of marketplace strategies and relationships, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving market demands.

- Facilitate regular communication forums with sellers and internal stakeholders to gather insights, share strategic updates, and foster a collaborative community.

- Advocate for Brand success within the organization, ensuring that their feedback and needs guide decision-making processes and platform enhancements and operations
