Manager - Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice validation, approval workflows, and payment execution.
• Manage vendor reconciliation, GRN (Goods Receipt Note) tracking, and STO (Stock Transfer Order) clearing to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Monitor and analyze Advance/Payable Ageing Reports, ensuring timely settlements and effective cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations, reducing risks related to audits and reporting.
• Drive process automation and system improvements in SAP to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for management review, providing insights into AP performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, and vendors, to resolve discrepancies and improve payment cycles.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations
• Proficiency in SAP (MM/FI Modules) and AP automation tools.
• Strong understanding of vendor reconciliation, financial reporting, GST, and TDS.
• Experience in handling MIS reports and AP dashboards.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy.
